Summary

Chapter 4

Grane turns to leave but Casales calls out. She tells Grane the truth about the project. She says that there is a Russian group that has been bribing and blackmailing many governmental agencies in the U.S. and others. These Russians are comprised solely of hackers, whose leader calls himself Thanos. Grane recognizes the name Thanos as belonging to a character from Marvel. Though the weather is turning bad, Grane continues to stay as Casales leans forward to continue the debrief.

Frans Balder worked for a company called Solifon, a company that has direct links to the Russians, though there's never enough proof. Balder left the company abruptly and took with him a proprietary program that has both the hackers and the company after him. Both Grane and Casales agree that Balder is the key to finding out more about the Russians...
