Leo

Leo is the father of Milo and Perdita. He is also Mimi’s husband, then ex-husband. He is described by Pauline as being “a typical Alpha Male. They don’t grow up, they just get meaner” (50).

Leo puts into action the tragedy of this story when he makes up his mind that Mimi and Xeno have cheated on him with each other. He also thinks that the baby that Mimi is carrying is not his. Leo has a web cam installed in Mimi’s bedroom. Even though the footage does not necessarily show Mimi and Xeno doing anything sexual in nature Leo already has a preconceived notion that they are so he interprets what he sees as being sexual.
