Diana is treating Mandella's injuries in the clinic right after the attack and they discuss with Charlie the best way to handle Graubard. Mandella thinks he should kill the private himself. Charlie and Diana disagree and tell him that his authority as commander will be compromised if he does not delegate the responsibility to someone else.
