Summary

Matt is at the Regional Drug Task Force office, only a few blocks away from the coffee shop. A small sample of Matt's weed is taken for evidence and the rest is returned to his bag. Matt is then asked to fill out and sign a variety of papers, not knowing exactly what he is signing.
