Chapters 13- 15 Summary

In college, Billy Lee Palms had been a huge partier. He was the closet friends with Clu, but Myron and Win tolerated him because they all hung out in the same circle. When Myron arrives in Westchester, NY he goes straight to Billy Lee's parents' home. Billy lee's mother welcomes Myron in. She informs him that Billy Lee is currently not at home. He lives at home on and off. She also tells him that he has been in and out of rehab clinics. Bill's mom begins to break down. She asks Myron why he couldn't have helped Billy Lee the way he had always helped Clu. She didn't understand why Billy Lee could not put his failure behind him and move on with his life. Myron feels sorry for her and leaves her to her memories.
