In such a place, the relationships are as stable and secure or as variable as their participants want them to be. In Utopia, no one gets let down or left out when they don't want to be; they also get to include who they want - when in truth this negotiation often makes it so that no one gets to include everyone we would like, or whenever we want, but only some of those we wish to include and only some of the time.
