“The Shed”

One day, Eddy’s friend Bruno shows his group of friends a pornographic film. Eddy’s cousin, Stephane, suggests that they try recreating it. Eddy initially refuses. “I really don’t wanna see your guys’ dicks, I’m not a fucking faggot” (124), he says. Eddy is ignored and asked to steal his sister’s rings for them to use: “that way the person who puts on the ring can be the one who plays the woman…because like without the rings we might get mixed up, it’ll make it more realistic” (129).
