Wil Ohmsford

Wil Ohmsford is a young man training to be a Healer. Wil chooses this path for himself because his parents die when he is very young. Wil has great determination to become a Healer and refuses to leave when he is told he will not be trained. After a time and much determination Wil is allowed to train. Wil is chosen as the protector of Amberle, the girl who must take the Ellcrys seed to Safehold. Wil doubts very much that he has the ability to help but finally does agree to go.
