Bob Saginowski

Bob Saginowski is one of the major characters in the novel “The Drop” by Dennis Lehane. Appearing to be somewhere in his late 30s or perhaps early 40s, Bob is the cousin of Marvin Stipler and Dottie Stipler, and is the main bartender at Cousin Marv’s Bar. Bob is a lifelong resident of Boston, in the neighborhood in which his cousins also grew up. Bob appears to be incredibly kind and with a good heart, and he is incredibly lonely.
