Summary

Revka slit the throats of the four soldiers to make sure they were dead, then tended to her daughter’s body, washing and wrapping it. Yoav cried and cursed when he came back to find what had happened. She was afraid he would run off into the desert, but she needed him to help her get her grandsons to safety.
