Halloween Summary

Writing from the e-mail address she has created, Frankie tells Matthew, Dean, and the others that their Halloween prank needs to be changed. Frankie tells each other Bassets to acquire something in particular, pay with cash, and do not get caught. She leaves copies to all the keys she has been given under Matthew's door. She names the mission "In Ladies We Trust."

On Halloween morning, students discover paintings of the founders with bras attached to them, statues wearing underwear, and the dome of the library covered in a parachute. The top of the dome is painted pink. A note has also been delivered to the mailboxes of all students and faculty members, saying that the campus has dressed up for the holiday.
