History Summary

"The Disreputable History of the Loyal Order of the Basset Hounds" is written in small print by different people. It records the history of the Hounds from their founding in 1951 until 1975, when most of the Hounds detailed getting high on marijuana. According to the last entry, Frankie's own father had written the oath to where the History was hidden, but had done it while stoned, so the oath came out vague and explains why the book was lost for thirty years.
