A Broken Date Summary

Frankie decides to go see "The Muppet Movie" with Matthew at the campus theater instead of going to the Geek Club party. She and Trish get together to paint nails and dress up for their evenings. They talk about Frankie's bout with Porter, and Trish theorizes that maybe Porter still likes Frankie. Frankie doesn't think so.

Frankie meets up with Matthew, who breaks his date with her because he says Alpha has reminded him of a prior obligation. Frankie thinks that Matthew is mad at him, and the breaking of the date is a consequence. She kisses Matthew, and deliberately tells him it's alright, that she will go to the Geek party with Trish and Porter in order to make Matthew jealous.

She sees Matthew leave and then follows him.
