Star Summary

Star and Dean break up suddenly, and Star relates this to Frankie after history class the next day. Star also relates that now because she and Dean are broken up, the seniors act as if she doesn't exist. Star is horrified with how sudden it happened, and Frankie worries the same thing could happen to her.

Star Analysis

Frankie's insecurity again bubbles to the surface after Dean breaks up with Star. They have been in a wonderful relationship, and the sudden end to it makes Frankie feel as if she is also expendable -just the way she was when she dated Porter.
