Chapter 3 Summary

Ice is standing over Blue Beetle as he lays dying. Maxima is ready to let Blue Beetle fall and honor him as a fallen comrade since the monster still needs to stop. Ice becomes insistent that Maxima fly Blue Beetle to the hospital since Ice doesn't have the ability to get him there before he dies. Maxima reluctantly agrees and leaves Ice to try and hold the monster off of the city until Maxima can return. Ice goes after the creature looking at the straight path that the thing is cutting toward a housing development.
