Chapter 3 Summary

Qwill could have saved a few phone calls on Monday morning if he had heeded his horoscope and listened to the advice of associates rather than insisting upon doing things his own way. He phones several construction companies only to learn that no one can build his addition during the summer. When he discovers that the sink is leaking again, he calls Glinkos and takes a walk on the beach where his tranquility is somewhat restored by the sight of Russell feeding and talking to the seagulls.
