Chapter 5-8 Summary

In chapter five when Jim gets up he heads down to breakfast and finds that neither Dan nor Joy are there. No one has seen either of them for breakfast. Jim then asks if anyone else heard the scream in the night but no one else in the house seems to have heard what Jim is describing. Noticing that Robert Maus has a slightly blackened eye, Jim decides it would be a good idea to ask Robert to come have dinner with him at the restaurant, Toledo Tombs, as a guest of the Daily Fluxion.
