Summary
In Chapter 4: Where Science Meets Faith, Allen Rex Sandage, who is the greatest observational cosmologist in the world and a protégé of Edwin Hubble, shocked the world when he sided with pro-God members of a Dallas-based conference on science and religion. He noted that the world is far more complex than science can explain and that he had become a Christian. A number of other powerful scientists also noted that the Big Bang Theory and other scientific evidence fit into belief in a higher power. In continuing his investigation, Lee next met with Stephen C.
