Chapter 21 Summary

Carrie and Lali are at their swim meet a few weeks after the George incident. While Carrie is performing her dives, she realizes she doesn't want to be on the swim team anymore. When Carrie gets to the locker room to change her clothes, she realizes Donna and the two Jens have stolen her clothes. She runs under the bleachers in her towel, gets Maggie's attention and gets Maggie's jacket. When Lali and Sebastian drop Carrie off at her house, they are still laughing about the clothes incident. Carrie stomps in her house and starts throwing shows. Missy asks her what's wrong and advises Carrie that Lali is undermining Carrie's relationship with Sebastian. Missy says their mother didn't teach them about feminine wiles so the Bradshaw girls are doomed when it comes to men.
