Summary

In Chapter 23, at the Ecochamber, Wilde held up his cell phone, showing that he had Hester on a video call. Hester warned Chambers that she would come looking for him if something were to happen to Wilde. She also reminded him that he had initiated this situation by approaching Wilde’s home with armed men and threatening to destroy that home. When Wilde hung up with Hester, Chambers complained because he had wanted to talk to Wilde privately. Wilde informed him that in that case he should have just called on the phone.
