Chapters 37-38 Summary

Dressed as a U.S. Marine, an interloper enters Victoria Peak and chats his way to the safe in Havilland's office, leaving a trail of young bodies in his wake. At the same time, dressed in suit and tie, Delta and McAllister cross the border into China, with their guns in sealed diplomatic attachy cases.
