Summary

In Chapter Five, King Jameson asked Hollis to sit with him in the Great Room. Hollis listened as Lord Eastoffe, a man from Isolte, plead for his family to be allowed sanctuary. Hollis locked eyes with his eldest son, and felt something stir in her heart. Jameson asked what Hollis thought. She stumbled, then said she would let them stay. Jameson agreed, and insisted the family stay at the castle. He praised Hollis, but told her she needed to think faster next time.

In Chapter Six, Jameson asked Hollis to walk with him. They entered the royal wing, which was behind the Great Room and blocked off from the rest of the castle.
