Summary

In Chapter 7, Caroline and Mike have begun meeting after work each day by June. They meet at the water cooler at the end of the work day, nod, and then go to a specific bar. Caroline has earned a $10 per week raise and now shares an apartment with Gregg. Gregg is involved with David and spends evenings with him, but never spends the entire night. Caroline tells Mike she believes Gregg will be hurt but understands the attraction. Mike says women think about sex as much as men, but do not feel free to act on their feelings.
