Summary

Ezra and his friends make plans to attend the dance though they make fun of the entire ritual. They decide to have dinner at a Mexican restaurant called Fiesta Palace. When Ezra tries to make reservations for their six-person group, he's told they don't accept reservations. Meanwhile, Phoebe and Cassidy spend three afternoon shopping for their dresses. Ezra's mother is excited that he's going and asks several times what color Cassidy's dress will be. At school, Ezra decides not to vote for anyone for homecoming king and queen.

Just hours before the dance, Ezra goes to the florist's to pick up Cassidy's corsage. He has to wait a long time in line and he takes a photo of a hot pink lei, then texts it to Cassidy along with a message that says he's decided to buy this instead of the corsage. She...
