The New Country

The new country is where the majority of the narrative takes place, as this country is where the man seeks to begin a new life. The new country is an immensely important setting for the fact that it is where the man seeks refuge from the troubles that plague his home country, and because it eventually becomes a sanctuary for the man’s wife and daughter as well. However, the man quickly discovers that integrating into a foreign country is no simple task.
