Chapters 5 and 6 Summary

Patrick takes the sitter home while Megan builds a fire and settles herself in front of the TV. It takes her several minutes to discover that the TV and DVD player is located in the bedroom. Both pieces of electronic equipment are birthday gifts from his parents. Megan immediately begins to justify reasons for the equipment to be in the bedroom. She reminds herself that Patrick's house is in a historic district and that he's not allowed to have an outside antennae. That means that the second floor would be the best place for reception for the television. Patrick has two movies - Winnie-the-Pooh and "Bridges of Madison County." Patrick suggests that they should watch the cartoon just to be certain that the movie is alright so that Tim won't be.....
