Megan Murphy is having a makeshift picnic in a park in Williamsburg when she encounters a large, fluffy, friendly rabbit—eating at the hem of her skirt. Patrick Hunter approaches, tells her it's his rabbit and teasingly fusses at her for feeding her skirt to the rabbit. She sees the rabbit again the following day, and this time it's hopping along the street in the city. Her thought is that the bunny could easily be trampled or killed by a passing motorist. Martha Greenwald tells her Patrick is a pediatrician and that he lives on Nicholson Street. Megan plans to tell him that he's being a bad "pet parent", but must first get the rabbit to Patrick's house. Megan heads in that direction with the large rabbit, finds he's too heavy to.....
