Exhortation Summary

In this memo to his staff, Todd Birnie informs his employees that they have an agreement that they will do a job and will do it well. He encourages them to have a positive attitude in order to do their best work. He takes time to include in his memo an example of positivity describing himself and some others moving a dead whale during his last vacation.
