Dr. David Beck

David is a pediatrician known to most of his friends simply as "Beck." After David decides that he wants to be a doctor, he considers specialties and decides that he'll become a surgeon because of the "wow" factor - that his friends will be impressed if he's a surgeon. As reality sets in, David chooses to be a pediatrician because he loves working with children.
