Summary

Ava took the note back to her house where the Bird Man was making breakfast. She handed him the note and asked him to read it. Ava supposed Ossie could have figured out how to hook a motor up to the dredge in order to get it moved, she could have even gotten the equipment she would have needed from the museum. Ava told the Bird Man she didn’t believe Ossie had any help besides that from Louis. She told the Bird Man she believed the ghost was taking Ossie to the underworld and described where they would probably be going.
