Summary

Fudge plays a trick on Peter, telling him he is late for school when it is, in fact, Saturday. Peter chases Fudge, but he runs away. Peter then checks on Tootsie, and when he realizes he needs her diaper changed, he does so, and then gives her some breakfast. Fudge returns, and Peter manages to get him to apologize – but afterwards, Fudge says he had his fingers crossed behind his back, and his apology means nothing. Tootsie, meanwhile, throws her cereal on the floor and says “yuck.”

Later, that day, Peter and Alex are both bored, and decide to go on a picnic. Fudge begs to go along, but Peter and Alex refuse. As they leave, Fudge has a tantrum, and throws rocks at them. After spending most of the day at a nearby lake, Alex goes to his piano...
