Summary

In Chapter 45, Caitlin has a baby girl named Maizie. Vix drives to the naming ceremony with Gus. They’ve been seeing each other since the wedding. One night after a movie they’d gotten caught in a rainstorm. They’d gone to his place because it was closer. She puts on his robe, he asks if she is sure.

On Maizie’s first birthday Caitlin seems distracted. Abby is the one to comfort the child when she cries. The next day Vix and Gus fly to Florida to see Tawny because her mother has asked her to come. Vix is introduced to Tawny’s love interest and told she’ll have enough in her trust fund from the Countess that she can survive without taking any of Ed’s savings.
