Summary

In Chapter 42, Vix feels like her whole life is flashing before her eyes the night of Bru and Caitlin’s prenuptial dinner. Earlier that day, Abby had come to talk to Vix, asking if she was okay.

Abby wants to be happy for Caitlin but doesn’t understand her decision. Lamb is pleased. He thinks Vix is happy for Caitlin and Bru as well.

Vix had intentionally chosen a dress with an attractive neckline for the prenuptial dinner but puts on a commemorative t-shirt given to all the guests. Vix sees Von with his wife, Patti, and their children. Patti complains about Von when she and Vix are in the bathroom together. Outside the bathroom Von tries to come onto Vix.
