Katharine “Kate” Nichols Foley Levin is the daughter of Exalta. She is the mother of Tiger, Blair, Kirby, and Jessie. She is the widow of Lieutenant Wilder Foley and the wife of David Levin. She is a stay at home mother who tells Blair she needs to wait for Angus’ affair to run its course and be grateful for what she has.
