Section 2: pages 23-39 Summary

In The Good Ship Reality Has Docked, Scarlett tries to make the best of her birthday, wandering through the stores and Central Park before going home trying to write on her computer. Her attempts to write are interrupted by the sounds of Lola's phone call with Chip during her after work bubble bath. After Lola's bath, Lola asks Scarlett to take Marlene to an event in the morning because she has to go somewhere with Chip.
