Chapter 14 Summary

That night Shawn is especially tired. When he falls asleep, Shawn dreams of his father. Shawn dreams that he is in his father's bedroom in his small house and he is standing in a corner, trying to wake his father. Shawn calls out to him, trying to tell him that he is aware, that he has a good life. Shawn's father, however, does not listen. Shawn's father apologizes for having to let him go, and tells him he did it out of love.
