Chapter 28 Summary

Erin comes to work and brings Monique Sr. a present, because of the trouble with Darrell. Monique Sr. tells Erin that a new dancer, Sabrina, plans to act in a porno for $3,000. Erin talks to Sabrina. Sabrina will have sex with two men in a hot tub. She's going to do it because she needs the money. She's fed up with wrestling in corn or pasta at the club. Erin asks if she's ever seen a porn film; Sabrina hasn't. Erin fills her in on some details and Sabrina reconsiders. She announces that she'll be dancing for the congressman tonight. When asked why, she replies it is her "civic duty."

Rita assists Darrell with his broken arm. He has been hiding for a few days in a dumpster. She steals some pain pills.....
