Chapter 25 Summary

Erin arrives at the Rojo yacht wearing an outfit designed to impress and arouse. Two bodyguards wait in front of the yacht. Shad accompanies her wearing a red beret, carrying a .38 and with a kinkajou (a small monkey) perched on his shoulder.

Garcia's boss, Lt. William Bowman, calls Garcia into his office for a talk. Bowman wants to know if Garcia is working a case in Broward County involving a missing lawyer named Mordecai. Garcia tells Bowman the whole story beginning with Killian. Bowman is impressed with Garcia's investigative work. Bowman reminds Garcia that he needs plenty of evidence to bust a Congressman. Bowman asks where the champagne bottle slide is, Garcia responds that he does not want to know. Garcia acknowledges that he's got no evidence, but he's got some great theories......
