Chapter 8 Summary

Moldowsky has a discreet meeting at a local bowling alley with a man wearing a brown UPS shirt. Moldowsky hands him an envelope and asks him to pass along a message: have his people move as quickly as possible.

Mordecai sits in his office despairingly. He has just arranged a meeting with a lawyer from the yogurt company in an effort to settle Shad's case in the mid-six figure range. The opposing lawyer needs pictures of the offending blueberry yogurt. Mordecai's day, if not month or year, is ruined when it is discovered that the temp secretary ate the yogurt/evidence for lunch. There will be no settlement.

Erin has visitation with her daughter. She meets Darrell and Angela in a local park. Darrell, as always, sits nearby in his van watching the visitation picnic out.....
