He realized that to fix the upset that the anchor caused the citadel, the angel structure of the citadel must fold its wings. The angel folded its wings and sunlight flooded the city of Weep. Lazlo turned to Rasalas and remade the monster, like he had done in his dream. The people of Weep viewed Lazlo as the second salvation of Weep. Lazlo looked at his skin and realized that it had turned godspawn blue.
