Exit, Changes, Bloodhound, Sacrifice, Exile Summary

In "Exit," Dr. Carmichael notices that Elena is restless and asks if it's time for her to change but Elena, noting that werewolves typically need to change about once a week, says she can wait a little longer. Dr. Carmichael recommends exercise and Winsloe takes her to the weight room, where he gets an erection as he watches her use a punching bag. Back in the infirmary, Elena learns that the paranormal activity has increased, especially around Savannah's cell. During the night, a commotion ensues and Elena follows Dr. Carmichael when she is summoned to Savannah's cell. They find Ruth dead, her head having been bashed in by a clock.
