Chapter 15, Speaking, Summary

The mayor, Dom and Dona Cristaes, and the Bishop have a meeting in the Bishop's office. The mayor reveals that she has run a program on the computer since the beginning of the colony to track outside interest in their files and has discovered that the Starways Congress is preparing to erase all their files for some unknown reason. The mayor has discovered the only files they are not searching and deleting are Ender's files, so she has arranged for all their important files to be sent to him in messages. The Bishop and Dom and Dona Cristaes do the same.
