Chapter 46 Summary

Hiro and the other men realize that the pier section is no longer being dragged behind the tow boat. They look back and see it sitting still in the water. Hiro says that the men must have cut the cable, but the man with the glass eye says there is no way they could have cut it. Hiro sees a smaller boat between the tow boat and the Orthos. It's a one-man kayak, carrying a long haired man: Raven. Hiro asks the man with the glass eye if he knows that Raven carries a nuke. The man with the glass eye knows about the nuke, but says that the kayak is too small to hold Raven and the nuke. Raven expertly catches the waves and travels faster than any of the other boats......
