One of the Mafia men is dressed in a crisp suit and has a glass eye. The man tells Hiro that the first phase was to take out the helicopter. The second phase involved making the Orthos think they were being attacked at the hotel, and to get Hiro on the Kowloon. Phase three is to let the Orthos think they can escape down the pier to the Kodiak Queen. A group of Orthos are clumped together on the pier, and the man tells Hiro that the bigwigs are in that group. One of the crew members yells to the man with glass eye that Phase Four has started. The man with the glass eye produces a little black box and pushes a button. Suddenly, some small explosions are heard on the pier,.....
