The opening band for the concert starts playing, and Hiro moves to the outside fringes of the crowd. Hiro has hired Enforcers to provide security for the concert, even though this is Crips territory. He sees a group of nicely dressed Crips standing in the back of the crowd. Hiro keeps thinking he's seeing a red light out of the corner of his eye. Hiro sees that it's a laser beam coming from a man standing next to an old shack. Hiro walks towards him, and the man introduces himself as Lagos. Lagos tells Hiro that the standard assembly line workers are vulnerable to infection, and that Hiro can defend himself in the real world too. Lagos also mentions that Raven has an extremely sharp knife that can cut through bulletproof material. Lagos.....
