Chapter 2 Summary

The Deliverator takes off in his car. There's a big slowdown ahead, so he decides to cut through one of the burbclaves, The Mews at Windsor Heights. He knows the street layout of TMAWH by heart, and he knows just which yard to cut across to get from one side to the other fast. As The Deliverator heads towards TMAWH, he notices a Kourier on a plank, a souped-up skateboard, has latched onto his car with an electromagnetic harpoon. The Deliverator makes the turn into TMAWH, and the burbclave sensors recognize the vehicle as one of the Cosa Nostra Pizza fleet. The gates open and he speeds through, with the Kourier still attached. He maneuvers the streets, heading towards that one yard he can cut through. He looks up to see a fence,.....
