Ketterdam

Ketterdam is a city in Kerch and the location of the criminal underbelly known as the Barrel. The city is described as rather dreary, especially when compared to the Fjerdan capital. It sits on an important harbor in Kerch, and many of its businesses are built to entice sailors to come and spend most of their money or leave within. This includes pleasure houses, casinos, and clubs. Ketterdam is run by the merchant council, but the Barrel itself is split into numerous different gangs, including the Dregs, the Black Tips, and the Dime Lions. Pekka Rollins is considered the king of the Barrel, but Kaz is slowly rising through the ranks through his confidence and willingness to steal Rollins’ clientele and workers.
