Summary

Juliette is bored as she spends most of her time with Warner in Chapter 21. She has been instructed not to have any interactions with the guards. To keep her from doing this, Warner spends most of his time with her. He tells her of all the changes that The Reestablishment hope to make. Juliette is even unable to talk to Adam although he still sleeps in her room, causing her to start to lose faith in Adam's intentions. When Juliette sees Warner again, she wants him to take the cameras out of her bedroom. Warner is reluctant to do so as he still thinks Juliette may be dangerous. He makes Juliette remember what happened to land her in jail in the first place as she accidentally killed a small boy. Juliette gets mad at Warner for this, but Warner continues to talk about...
