In "Perhaps Decaf", Rachel helps Jane practice going to a coffee shop by handling her money and practicing what to say if anyone questions her about her arm. Rachel announces Jane is ready, but at the coffee shop, Jane feels she cannot do this. She hates Rachel for a moment when Rachel insists she can go inside for ten minutes, yet she knows Rachel is right as she enters the coffee shop.
