Summary

Polly: Aman – Aman begins running toward the soldiers, yelling at them to stop moving. The soldiers drop and take aim at Aman while one of the soldiers tells Aman to get back. The soldier approaches Shadow and calls out the name Polly, to which Shadow responds. Aman realizes the two must be old friends. The soldiers continue to tell Aman and his Mum to get back. They are told to take cover in a ditch. Eventually, a foreign soldier and an Afghan soldier approach. The Afghan soldier explains the bomb has been taken care of. The foreign soldier is British Sergeant Brodie, who warmly shakes the hands of Aman and his Mum, thanking them for alerting them to the bomb and telling them they were very brave. Brodie is very curious to know how Polly came to be in the care...
